Delete your adiMAIL account

You can delete your adiMAIL account at any time. This applies to the adiMAIL app on Android and iPhone and to webmail at mail.adimyra.in — they use the same account.

Personal accounts

1. Sign in to webmail at https://mail.adimyra.in
2. Open Settings → Profile → Close account
3. Enter your password and type your email address to confirm

You are signed out on every device straight away and your address stops working.

Business (organisation) mailboxes

Mailboxes on a company domain belong to that organisation. Ask your organisation's administrator to delete your mailbox from the admin console.

Can't sign in?

Email care@adimyra.in from your recovery email address with the subject Delete my account. We confirm the request and delete the account for you.

What is deleted, and when

• Your mailbox, all emails and attachments, contacts, filters, signatures and settings
• Saved sessions, app passwords and push notification tokens
• Backups of your mailbox

Everything is permanently deleted 30 days after you close the account. Until then, support can restore it if you ask. Billing and invoice records are kept for as long as the law requires.
