Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Adimyra Systems ("we", "us"), the operator of the adiMAIL by Adimyra email service. By creating an account you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Keep your password and two-step verification safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Business account owners are responsible for the mailboxes they create and the people who use them.

Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no spam, phishing, malware or illegal content.

Plans, payment and taxes

• Personal addresses are free. Business plans are billed monthly or yearly in Indian rupees through Razorpay.
• When we charge GST, the GST amount is shown at checkout and added to your invoice. Otherwise the price shown is the final price.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Service availability

We work hard to keep the service available and your mail safe, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

Your content

Your mail belongs to you. We only process it to provide the service. You can export your mail at any time over IMAP or from Settings → Backup.

Suspension

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk. When we do, we email the account holder (for a business, its administrators) the reason and how to appeal. To appeal, write to care@adimyra.in with the subject "Appeal". We reply within 7 working days.

Closing your account

• You can close your account at any time: personal accounts from Settings, business organisations from Admin → Plan and billing (organisation owner only).
• Closing ends sign-in at once and cancels any subscription. Your mail and data are deleted for good 30 days later. A business owner can reopen the organisation within those 30 days.
• Invoices and credit notes are kept as long as tax law requires.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

When we make a significant change, we email account holders and ask you to accept the new terms the next time you sign in.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction.
