Billing and GST

Personal addresses are free. Business plans are priced per mailbox, billed monthly or yearly. See all plans on the pricing page.

Paying for your plan

• Open Admin → Plan and billing to choose a plan and pay. Payments are handled securely by Razorpay (cards, UPI and netbanking); we never see your full card number.
• Yearly billing costs less than paying month by month.
• If a free trial is offered, you won't be charged until it ends.

GST invoices

• Prices are shown before GST. When GST applies, it is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
• Add your legal name, GSTIN and billing address in Admin → Plan and billing before you pay, so your invoice can be used to claim input tax credit.
• An invoice is emailed to your billing email after every payment, and you can download past invoices from Plan and billing at any time.

Adding people and changing plans

• Your plan sets how many mailboxes you can create. Plan and billing shows what you use and what your next bill will be.
• To move to another plan, open Plan and billing and choose Change plan or billing period, or write to us and we'll help.

Cancelling

You can cancel from Plan and billing. Your mail stays available until the end of the period you've paid for. Read the refund and cancellation policy for the details.
